Construction begins at Verdion LiteHub Södra Porten

Work has now started on six new business units at Verdion LiteHub Södra Porten, with completion expected in Q2 2027.

Six flexible business units are being developed to serve businesses across the local area and wider the Stockholm region.

The scheme will deliver 21,716 sqm of commercial space across units ranging from 1,755 sqm to 4,818 sqm. Each combines warehouse accommodation with mezzanine, office and staff facilities, making them suitable for a wide range of businesses, from distributors and manufacturers to trade counters, wholesalers and service companies.

The buildings are targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and have been designed to offer efficient, flexible space that can support businesses as they grow.

Completion is scheduled for Q2 2027, with occupiers able to register their interest ahead of the first units becoming available.

Logistics specialist developer, investor and asset manager Verdion has acquired a 29,400 sqm site at Södra Porten, south of Stockholm for the development of a new LiteHub.

Verdion LiteHub Södra Porten will form part of Verdion European Logistics Fund 2, which invests in urban logistics and industrial developments across Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.
