Verdion brings LiteHub concept to Botkyrka Kommun

Logistics specialist developer, investor and asset manager Verdion has acquired a 29,400 sqm site at Södra Porten, south of Stockholm for the development of a new LiteHub.

Verdion LiteHub Södra Porten will form part of Verdion European Logistics Fund 2, which invests in urban logistics and industrial developments across Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.

It is set to deliver six flexible business units close to Stockholm, creating new opportunities for growing businesses looking to expand in one of Sweden’s strongest markets.

Södra Porten is one of the capital’s emerging business locations. Positioned alongside the E4 and E20, it provides quick access to the centre, wider metropolitan area and Sweden’s main north-south transport routes. The planned Södertörn Crosslink will further improve connectivity across southern Stockholm.

The scheme will offer 21,716 sqm of commercial space across six business units ranging from 1,755 sqm to 4,818 sqm.

Designed for SMEs, distributors, manufacturers and service businesses, each unit combines warehouse and office space in a flexible layout that can support a wide range of occupiers, and Verdion is encouraging early discussions ahead of completion in Q2 2027.
